Rocksteady's buddy Bebop, this is a redesign to complete the pair. I opted for an older more mature person to be mutated into bebop, hes a veitnam veteran so in these years his age has been catching up with him...so thats why he volunteered to be mutated...battling mutated turtles was just a side effect of that.

This was sketched up and designed on some printer paper while I sat at work, then colored in PS.

I still have the character sheets and other info about to upload, but I'll do that later.

I love all the little details, like the different colored shotgun shells for each of the turtles on his left breast, the personalizations, like "my buddy" and "bullitz," and, finally, the bullet bill in his holster. Fantastic work.
