Clearly the "why" for the scope on the gun: Some of us live in more urban settings where we are limited to slugs from shotguns instead of full on rifle rounds. In that instance a rifled shotgun barrel with a sabot slug delivered at less than 70 yards will go pretty much where you point with the scope. At 70 yards, traditional shotgun iron sights are.... well not good.

I like the concept, maybe see if you can get some people to model for you (it doesn't have to be nude modeling). But I really like the work you do. You could do a whole series of girls with guns. Men would love it. I would.

Ah Prisma colored pencils. I dreamed about owning some when I was a kid, but to the this day I never had the nerve to buy them. Too expensive and I'm a cheapass. :3 As for feedback - I love the texture in the wall and how the edges are faded to focus on the girl. I'm a little unnerved about the girl, maybe it's the way she has her head down, or the grin. Mhm. Her front hand doesn't seem to be holding the gun much at all. I like the shadows on her legs, but I don't feel like her upper body has enough contrast. She looks shy or playful, maybe that's what's weirding me out. The skirt is awesome - every fringe and all. It looks like the light source is coming around the area of the dude's face - which makes her face seem oddly lit.
